My VEGAN HCG Protocol -REBOOT ROUND!

When many hear of the acronym HCG they think "This is another fade diet!"  Well I'm here to tell you today that this is no fade diet but a protocol that has been around for a long time and is really effective.  I did this protocol for the first time 4 years ago and lost over 40 lbs within 2 months.  The protocol is set up so that even if the weight were to be regained you can lose or release the weight again with help of "correction days."

I am back on the protocol because due to over eating and poor diet choice, I have regained the weight that I lost. Not to mention the fact that I was too lazy to do the correction days. I am now empowered with new knowledge of healthy eating and lifestyle.  So this round of the HCG for me is a way of rebooting my health and life.

To make this protocol vegan friendly I have made various modifications to make it work for me.

Here is MY VEGAN HCG FOOD and ESSENTIALS LIST

Hey Blogger World!!

Hi my name is Joanne and for a long time now I've been playing with the idea of starting a natural hair/beauty/cruelty free/vegan/weight loss/minimalism blog. As you can tell I was very confused about which one to choose. Until I realized, "Why can't my blog be about all these things!" I mean these are just a few of the things that I'm interested in now a days.

In the last 8 years I have made so many changes in my life. Which has sparked my desire to begin a SELF-EDITING journey.  I went from wearing my hair chemically straightened with a relaxer to allowing my hair to grow out in its natural state. Also I just celebrated my 1st year of not eating any animal products and becoming more aware of how animals have been exploited by beauty and other industries. This sparked my recent desire to have a cruelty free lifestyle (especially in when it comes to my beauty routine).

I can't wait to share my perspective and opinion about the many new and old encounters I have had since deciding to began a new SELF-EDITING journey. So if you interested to see what it is that I have to say, stick around and check in often to my blog that I call petite Curvy Curls.

So here I go......
